Sandi,Good evening, I hope you and your family had a great Christmas and awesome New Year. I wanted to send an email to talk about my visit to the Martinsville store on January 3rd. I have been having some issues with getting my down imaging and side scan to work on my boat since early September. I had done everything I knew to do, even had Stephen Griggs help, and called Lowrances help line and just could not get them working properly. So I reached out to Randy Carter on January 2nd and he said just bring it in and let them take a look and try to find and resolve the issue (we all know todays electronics are beyond complicated!). When I rolled into the store on Tuesday Randy was not there; he was home taking care of his wife who had become illhe was right where he needed to be! Skylar was there but getting ready to go to Georgia for some Mercury training. Skylar gave a few suggestions which included replacing the transducer which is no where as easy as it used to be. A whole lot of the service guys (Billy McMillan, Troy Carter, Camden Bird, and I am sure I am leaving someone out) jumped on my boat and everyone was giving it 110%. There was one young who really stood out to me, Camden was incredible. He was part of taking the old transducer off, installing a new one temporarily, went to the lake with me, still not working made a call with Skylar, kept making adjustments, then finally got everything working properly. We drove back to the dealership where he and Troy jumped back on my boat to permanently remove the old transducer and permanently mount the new one. (Side noteTroy has the good hairlol!). They both did an amazing job! There was several times that Camden could have thrown in the towel or took some shortcuts. He did neithershows what a great worth ethic he has, also shows what good character he has. He is a product of those who have trained him that being Randy and Skylar. I know you unfortunately get to hear about the few bad customer experiences, but I am a big believer when someone does something really good that story needs to be told as well. Camden and Troy both have a bright future at Anglers and are incredible young men. Camden has the potential to be a really good at whatever tasked he is given at Anglers. I drove away with my boat fully functioning and realizing what I saw that day is not as common as it used to be! The whole service crew did a great job, but for whatever reason Troy and Camden really stood out to me. To top the day off Nikki Spencer located me a permanent dealer tag that she gave me (we had been running a monthly temp tag which I had been printing out after she emailed it to me). I recently purchased a ranger 119z from here and after I got home I found a couple of small things that needed attention. I then contacted Beth Pope and promptly the issues were resolved. If any body needing a real boat there's ONLY one place to buy from and that's angler's choice! I feel like I am dealing with family all the time and Everytime. Beth and Lee and Mike etc....All are top notch through out and after your buying experience!

I want to thank the exceptional team at AC for working with me in the purchase of a new 2021 Ranger RT188. Trent Bowles worked with me every step to make sure I got the boat rigged to meet my needs. He was always available to respond immediately to emails (even those sent after hours), phone calls and an unscheduled drop in by me to answer any questions. His knowledge of the accessory technologies available and his suggestions on what would work best for me are truly appreciated. Trent assured me from the start that the team would answer any concerns and make sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the boat before I left their shop.

When we went to pick up the boat, Randy Carter spent an extraordinary amount of time addressing the questions we had prepared, going over details of every aspect of the boat and electronics and even demonstrating how I may want to configure some of the electronics to meet my needs. He had complete knowledge of all of the components and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable using the equipment.

Also I appreciate the professional and efficient way that Nikki Spencer and Charlie LLoyd handled the registrations, licensing, final closing; etc. The whole team, especially Trent and Randy, made me feel that their team will be available now and in the future to address any concerns or needs.

I live closer to large franchise that carries the Ranger line, but I am so glad that I went to AC in Martinsville. I feel like they will always be available for any needs, something the "big box" chain just does not offer.

Angler's Choice Marine in Spindale had the exact Tracker Off Road 800SX LE ATV which included the Trail Package that I wanted. It was a little bit of a distance for me to drive from KY to pick this unit up but dealing with such a great staff, it most certainly felt like it was worth it. Repowered my Z520 L with a new Mercury 250 4 stroke engine. I worked with Bobby Williams at the Spindale, NC store and he coordinated everything to perfection. His team removed my Evinrude 250 E-Tech motor and installed the new one. My boat was as clean as a whistle and the boat was ready for pickup when l was promised it would be. Absolutely great people! Came to Smith Mountain for our annual fishing trip, many hours from home. Boat wouldnt start. Called them and they said bring right in on a saturday morn. Took it in right away, diagnosed a bad sensor, had it in stock, and fixed in an hour! Great friendly people!

Okay I'm stoked about getting my new Triton 17 TX, but with that said I never give reviews(my first). In this case I'm making an exception because of the tremendous service that I received from Anglers Choice of Lexington NC. Wow a good experience that went super. First off was Ms. Beth Pope who walked me through the warranties' and maintenance issues with the boat, and also did the paper work concerning the registrations. The explanations were precise, understandable and very neatly done and packaged in premium waterproof packaging imprinted with their logos. Very professionally done. Good job Ms Pope!

Next was the walk through on the boat with Mechanic Skylor Layman who was very seasoned in boat operations and set up. In no time at all he had me very informed on what to do and expect of my boat. He also gave me some valuables tips on maintenance and other procedures to do while operating the boat. But the main thing that impressed me was he told me to call him if I had any questions concerning any switches or operational problems, or any other issues. Ms. Beth Pope also told me the same thing.

Mr. Tim Pope has been sincere, trustworthy, very helpful, and able to supply all information regarding my selection of this boat. His extras that "were thrown in" are very much appreciated and I know that they did not come from the "factory". Hello all.

I thought I would let you know how great the AC staff is. I was at High Rock Lake last Friday practicing for the BFL when my motor suddenly shut down. After unsuccessfully trying to get it going I called AC and spoke to David. He quickly diagnosed the problem as fuel rails. While I was being towed in David called Skylor at Lexington and set up for me to come in for an emergency repair. I was off the water at 12:15 and back in my hotel room fully repaired at 2:15. David and Skylor were exceptional in taking care of me. They went above and beyond to stop what they were doing to resolve my issue.

I want to take a moment and express my gratitude and applaud the professionalism of your service department. On Monday we went to take our recently purchased Ranger Z118 out for its maiden voyage and we experienced an immediate problem when I tried to come up on plane. I called your shop and spoke to Steve who diagnosed the problem as a probable water pump issue. He assured me that the issue would be taken care of. We decided to bring the boat in the same day expecting to leave it for repair because we live two hours away. We arrived ten minutes prior to closing time and much to our surprise David and Skylar confirmed Steve's diagnosis.
